Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as specifically stated in our Refund Policy.

Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Newton in the twelve months preceding the incident.

All content, features, and functionality of Newton are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access and use Newton will cease immediately. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

You may export your data before termination. After termination, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use of Newton after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
